For centuries women have relied on olive oil to help maintain good health, a fresh, dewy complexion, lustrous hair, and more.
Hair: Olive oil makes a great hair conditioner. It helps repair split ends, heals dandruff, and makes your hair shiny, silky and helps moisturize dry, flaky scalp. Massage a few tablespoons of olive oil into scalp and hair. Wear a shower cap for at least 20-25 minutes and shampoo the oil out. This is a great weekly deep conditioning.
Face: Great for facial scrub. Mix olive oil with a teaspoon of sugar - scrub face gently and wash of with warm water. Leaves skin smooth and glowing.
Lips:
To soothe and smooth dry, chapped lips, dab on a little olive oil and use as needed.
Makeup remover: Add a few drops of oil to a cotton swab or a Q-tip and just wipe off.
Nails: If your cuticles are ragged and your nails brittle and dry, olive oil can help! Soak your nails in a cup of olive oil for 15-20 minutes a week for silky soft cuticles and strong nails.
Feet: Rub olive oil into dried and cracked feet every evening then cover them with socks after a long day. Soon, you will have soft, younger-looking fee!
Anti-Aging: Use olive oil as a wrinkle reducing application. Many users swear by olive oil, as a natural way to pamper skin and curb the ravages of aging. Use once a week to help to lighten your any discoloration on your skin, kill bacteria and makes your skin smooth and clear.
